27th October 2008

The first week on the 65 and Jordan has been awesome. He has now done just a week and just under 6 hours on a geared bike and has got to grips with it really well. We will keep up the intense practicing during half term with full tracks but the speed has already started to come. A good winter will see Jordan a long way foward.

We have had to make the decision to go to 65's earlier than expected as Jordan is finding it very difficult to ride his 50 now that he is so tall and the length of his legs so long. Jordan you have been fantastic this season winning races getting a maximum and coming from nowhere to run regular top three finishes. I am so very proud of you and when you believe in yourself as much as I do there will be no stopping you. WELL DONE!

Good ride son tried really hard in second two races made a mistake going for the lead in second but you went for it that was the main thing. In last you fought really well proud of you well done.

With the date clashes we have decided to ride Cambridge at Mildenhall. I hope I have made the right choice. Good luck and whatever happens happens. Lesson learn't don't do three championships in a year too many clashes. Never again!

Excellent riding awesome weekend, confident, skillful and very smooth. Led every lap and even practice no one could get near you. Even won second race with a flat rear. This one should set the rest of the season up. Well done son.

Another consistent day, riding style is great smooth & safe riding well within yourself, well done. Won't be long now and you can get on your 65's. Keep it up and we will get our target Championship places.

Another consitent day however bad luck. Second race fell off whilst in second and the last the foot peg fell apart and jammed the back brake on whilst in 3rd. Well done son good effort and nice riding.

Good consistent riding not really Jordan's type of track deep sand this time but as usually rode sensibly and could have won overall as he led the last race but nearly went over the bars and then backed off. Well done.

We did it not just once but won two races. He was just bloody awesome today. The second race he just checked out jumping doubles and everything in his way. He won this race by nearly quarter of a lap. I have never seen him ride better than that second race. Unfortunatley it was really wet for last and he crashed whilst leading and was last. Jordan then crashed twice more but came from last to 8th one place off of taking the overall. He was only beaten by the tie break. Well done son now let's have some more.

Just thought we might of got the win today but just couldn't make it despite leading all races. Brilliant riding though and both JC and Jordan cleared off by over half a lap from 3rd in all races. Keep going Jordan that win is just around the corner. Great ride yet again!

19th & 20th July 2008

I thought it might of been a one off 1st day but he was just awesome all weekend. He flew he was confident, skillful, stylish just bloody awesome. This was probably the best weekend we have had in his racing carrer. The riders there were the best in the country and he beat them and I mean beat them. Unfortunatley we took a bad race on each day, 1st day two crashes in last race and 1st race second day back brake locked on, otherwise he would have had two second overalls. Awesome Jordan lets keep it up.

13th July 2008

Jordan said he didn't like this track but I thought it was good. He started each race well then went off the boil. I blame myself as we were looking for our first win and we had been talking about it. I put Jordan under too much pressure and under estimated the others. Close racing between the top four if he had been on form like last week then he would have cleaned up. Still riding well I expected too much!

What difference in maturity two weeks make. We haven't raced for two weeks, god I miss it!. Jordan couldn't get off of the grassy start in the first one but he didn't panic got off walked it 20 yards got back on and was 5th by end of 1st lap. Tries to pass JC on a slippery corner a bit impatient came off otherwise 2nd was his. Brilliant 2nd in second race chased down and got through 2 corners from flag. 3rd race Bk, JC and Jordan cleared off by 1/2 a lap. This kid is flying!!!!!!!!!!!!! great attitude we had a great weekend he's a joy to be with. Let's keep it up son.

Good style and standing up well. I know Jordan doesn't like this track and the top 6 were stong so reasonable result overall. Had to get start here and 1st two races last into first corner. Good last race shame he normally leaves best race to last. Not a bad day!

Great rides in first two races for a 6th & 7th, bearing in mind there were 40 autos and it was the auto challenge. This boy jumps for fun massive and safe got to get the speed down the straights like on the jumps. Third race had a spill whilst in 6th and then chased back to 9th. The last got held up in first corner then had a big crash with a slower rider but still got back to 16th. If he had one more lap he would have got inside top ten as there were 6 or 7 riders he had just caught on last lap. Great ride, great attitude and great weekend. Well done!

1st June 2008

Jordan came off on the first corner in the first race and couldn't get back. The track is tight and hard to pass but he must learn to pass people and up his speed. Second race was much better and the last was good. 4th in the last race so it shows he can ride at speed but Jordan has to do it all day. Training on Wednesday so hopefully we can find the key and unlock the door.

24th & 25th May 2008

Jordan wasn't himself on the Saturday but much better on the Sunday. Good consistent rides gave him the 3rd overall which maintains his position in the championship. We have a long way to go but his actually riding style is awesome we just lack the speed.

Jordan is showing immense improvement at the present time. His whole attitude towards his performance is getting better. I was so proud of him on Sunday in the Auto challenge. In the first race he was battling all race with Eton Williams who usually beats him easily. Coming into the last lap five riders were battling for 4th but Jordan just put an extra spurt on and got away for a great 4th against such good competition.

The second race Jordan fell whilst in an excellent 5th. I tried to start the bike but it wouldn't go. I had to tip the bike up three times before we got it going and he just said to me "don't worry dad I'll catch them up". When we got the bike going he was awesome he chased from almost a lap down (didn't get lapped) right through to 10th. I have never seen him put so much effort in and when he got off the bike he was exhausted with the heat and the bumpy track so much so he had a severe headache and was feeling ill for the third and fourth race.

Jordan is getting faster and faster we had a great day son, I'm proud of you. I know you hate Mildenhall so can't wait to see how you will go at the next track.

4th & 5th May 2008

Good weekend despite the idiot who didn't pick you up and cost you 2nd overall at Coventry. Great ride at Caister I had three people come up to me a say it won't be long before you are at the front battling. Well done son. Now we have resolved the little issue we have had in March and April with your neck brace we are seeing a different rider. Well done!
